And so it's very individual and it takes time and it takes effort in understanding, again, what is my role in this larger ecosystem? I love what you said about apologizing to the birds and the trees because you are it's an it's an act of of connection you're recreating a relationship a broken relationship right for sure and yet at the same time there's something that shifts in our psyche in that moment and so little by little and community too I mean talking about climate trauma community is the biggest kind of factor to help with a positive recovery from something like that and so being able to talk about it to others being listened to heard um cared for um through it and then figuring out well you know Over time and with the right help, you know, where do I stand? And do I, you know, return and rebuild? Or do I, can I, if you have the capacity, the means to heal the emotional relationship, but not necessarily the physical one, if that makes sense, to the place in particular.
