So let me get the understanding that we're just talking about pain, but from my understanding, there's different types of pain and some which painkillers are really useful and other things where that will not necessarily work.

If you've put your back out gardening or you've sprayed something, acute pain relief, absolutely the right thing.

If you have end of life care, if you're looking at sort of cancer pain, tumour pain or extensive damage due to some kind of operation, acute pain is absolutely well dealt with painkillers.
