But from when you gave this keynote last year, What has changed, maybe even in the last three months, like data-wise, leadership-wise? And is there something that you would say differently now to women giving the same speech?
17:19
I would.
17:20
And I wrote a white paper on women in leadership earlier this year.
17:24
And one of the core insights was, that I spoke about in that paper, that I wrote about in that paper was that the irony of the AI systems that we have now is that they've been designed to respond in an empathic, in a compassionate way.
17:43
sometimes synthesized, emotionally intelligent way.
17:47
And actually, they're the skills that often as women leaders, we have been told to kind of tone down, you know, in exchange for being more divisive, more assertive, you know, all of these things.
17:59
But actually, isn't it interesting how these systems are actually being designed to communicate in a way that is very natural, I guess, in many senses, not just purely for women, but it tends to come more naturally to women.
22:14
And what would you say to leaders or team leads that have maybe never thought about putting the brain science in their change management? Like what's one thing that neuroscience concept that you could explain and have every manager understand, especially now with all of this change going on with AI? Yeah.
