Tell us a little bit about how, how that has been progressing and where we are.

Yeah.

I suppose back in January 2024, um, a cohort of Catholic education bodies representatives went to Australia to see how a successful Catholic education body worked.

It was called CEWA, Catholic Education Western Australia.

And, you know, it was a fabulous trip in, in, in the sense of, of the learning we, we took away from that.

But one of the reflections coming home from that was that while we all individually represent different cohorts of people and have different roles, and when you boil it down to our individual schools, they all have individual charisms and, um, different founders.

But we had no overarching vision document for Catholic education as a whole, and that includes primary, post-primary, and, and third level.

What's the skin we need to shed then? What, what do you hope we might be able to say goodbye to?
