How did you find yourself overcoming some of the anxiety in order that you can then give your testimony?

Yeah, I mean, I think definitely God.

God's the main one because within as part of that process, because it's a Christian course and we've got God right in the centre of it.

There was a certain amount of healing that I went through sort of by things I dealt with or thought I dealt with.

But when you're digging into things and you're going over your past, you look...

I describe it as you're taking everything out and putting it on the table and you're having a good look at everything again.

And you may have thought that you didn't need to look at those things or certain things ever again.

really do um let's go back in time a little bit because you're talking about uh faith and church and all that sort of stuff where where where did you start with faith was it you know what what was your upbringing was faith part of that was it a distant part how did faith become something obviously quite personal for you
