Okay.
9:32
Well, yeah, so, yeah, I came right after COVID.
9:35
So, um, I think when I got here there was some of that, Dave, like what you talked about there about, "Oh, we gotta get back to before COVID." But I knew the shift in the church leadership and the shift in the church in general that was gonna happen based on COVID.
9:51
Because I, I think a lot of people during that time were still, when I came here, were still in the, "Everything's gonna go online." And I was like, "Hey, look, if everybody else thinks they can go online, we're gonna be the only place in town then that still says come to us." Like, there's something we're offering, there's something we're doing, there's a difference in being with the church or meeting with the church online.
10:13
And so in our leadership during that time, I was like, "Man, we could do great stuff right here." And just what kicked off, what happened was we really started leaning into discipleship and baptism as a church.
10:26
And our eldership was really on board with that.
10:28
At the time it was just two guys as our elders, but they loved it.

15 MINS LATER

26:01
This is true
8:43
Talk about that.
8:44
Yeah, it is.
8:45
It's eerily similar actually.
8:47
We just, uh, at the beginning of the year, praying through, thinking through our vision for our church, we honestly put a three-phase plan out.
8:55
"Hey, here's what we think we need to do immediately.
8:57
Here's what we need to do by the end of '27, and here's what we need to do by the end of 2030." And then comes along Mission 120.
9:05
And, uh, I literally told our guys, I said, "Guys, this is, like, phenomenal because it's not just a good slogan or header for what we're doing.
9:55
Mm.
