I always start with my emails, 'cause I want my customers to, you know, have their answers that they want.

And then I do many other things.

I check subscriptions to make sure that those are correct for the day, and if I ever find any that look a little off, I call the customer.

Um, a lot of times somebody might have two subscriptions for the same thing.
