I mean, something like Nocteau for Abbey, is it the same sort of process?

I mean, yes and no. There's very few directly comparable properties.

So when you're pricing, you have to think carefully about positioning, the audience you're trying to reach, how you communicate the character.

And I suppose the practicalities are lack thereof of ownership of something like this.

People will see the photographs and they'll see the sale announcement, but I guess they don't see the detailed questions, the coordination between us as advisors, the kind of persistence to get things onto the market as quickly as possible, despite maybe legal delays or items that we know are straightforward while certain people in the background might feel they want to get things rectified quicker.

And then it's identifying the type of purchaser because while these properties photo marvelously and everyone wants to get inside, it's identifying who can actually truly purchase it and what their end goal will be because a lot of these types of sales can fall through once you get to the legals and people have a lot more time to think about whether they've made the right decision or not.

Are they sort of the aim for most American multimillionaires now at this point in time? If you haven't got one, you're not really in the club.

I mean, in the case of Mr. Zuckerberg, I think a lot of these billionaire tech guys are buying up these, I don't know whether they're trying to find fortified castles for whatever happens in the future, but there's not as many American purchasers out there as one might perceive.
