I had done the Goggins 4x4 before the 8th that December and after that I knew I had a bit of re-evaluating to do and it got to Christmas Mickey and I was very happy with how the year went and everything panned out and it probably had in my head that if it took too long in a football it was going to be very, very hard to get back and I wasn't dying to go back, if I'm being completely honest, but I knew I had a lot left in me to play.

So I waited up and waited up over a few weeks and I says, frig it, I'm going to go back to football and give it a rattle for the year.

Even if I want to be there, I don't want to be there.

So I go back, Mickey, and it was tough to get back into it.
