so really as you say you weren't really looking for it but it's a it's an opportunity that come and when you looked at it you felt it was a good fit so

And even like, that seems to be the way a lot of the times that Barnard's farm that I took originally, it was myself and the Finns were looking at together as maybe doing a kind of a joint thing on it and I suppose I had five or six years done with them at that stage and I just said to them, would they give me a crack at it and they were They were more than helpful to let me ahead and give me lots of help getting going.

And, you know, it depends.

You just have to address these opportunities when they come up.

I suppose if you're chasing something, you might end up rushing into something that's not maybe right.

And I've seen that happen to people before.
