So let's, you know, Corning, as things develop and change in the city, what do you think that moving forward, like what are some of the future challenges that lay ahead?

More than anything, our future challenges would be the rec center and just bringing new businesses in.

It's a challenge because not anybody wants to start up a business because It's hard.

You need money, you need capital, you need investment, you need everything.

But as a city, we're there to help anyone to make it easier.

From the permits to everything you need to get your business started, we're there to help.

And we want to encourage people to invest in Corning.

What is the big difference? Like what will that allow you to do that you can't do now?
