Chuck KnabuschGUEST
Well, I, I think a lot of it was when I was working with a, a $20 million furniture, uh, company.

So I went in the, and the owner was taking me out on the, the production floor, and he introduces me to, um- I, I can't remember the title, if it was chief operating officer, senior vice president of manufacturing, whatever the gentleman's title was, and he's pushing a cart of materials from one spot into one of their work cells.

And I'm like, "That's interesting." So after, you know, we exchanged names and all that, it's like, "Okay, what are you gonna do next?" And he's like, "Well, I'm gonna see if any, any other, uh, cell needs materials." And I'm thinking to myself, to have a COO moving materials has gotta be the most expensive material movement of that company, and wouldn't the value that he should be providing, wouldn't that be more like, you know, saying, "Okay, why do we have to move the materials?" You know, was it a visibility thing? The material handling crew didn't know it.
