But Chris, tell us a little bit about yourself and your career to date.

Sure.

Yes, I am an HP, but I'm a physiotherapist by background.

So that's where my bias lies.

So apologies now if I refer to physio a bit more than the HP family, but Yeah, my background, I guess, MSK physio was where I specialised.

And after a little bit of time, you know, like most kind of junior physios looking for the next step.

And, you know, I did get a band six role in MSK, but then I was looking around for something else to do and nothing was coming up in my department.

What is it that you're doing?
