And maybe just talk about why did you leave an established platform like Heitman, where you had really just a great seat and huge opportunity there, to start Harrison Street?

You know, for me, you know, Heitman gave me a start.

I was a summer intern for many years there.

Had this crazy idea to move to, to Europe.

I was their first employee to go move to Europe with this idea of doing the first real estate fund for Central Europe.

And it was nice.

Heitman gave me the shot to try and do it.

Mm-hmm.

Can you please tell us about yourself and what are you working on now?

Well, I'm working on now a biography of my first ancestor in the New World, Roger Williams, who is the Puritan divine who gave us the idea of the separation of church and state.

It's been a long distance to this book that I'm working on now.

And I'll tell you a little something about how that came to be.

I grew up in New Jersey, where as a teenager, there were only two things I wanted to do.
