Right.
10:34
And I just...
10:35
And it's funny, I learned about it when I was in med school.
10:38
And the funny part is, is like I didn't know there were sleep doctors, and so I found out that, you know, there's sleep doctors, and that got me interested in the sleep doctors, um, to be in sleep medicine, because I saw what having untreated sleep apnea treated did for me.
10:56
And like you said, just, um, just n- not only is your body recovering, there's a lot of stuff that's happening within the brain.
11:03
And so if you're not getting that quality sleep...
11:05
So for example, um, I always tell people, like, you don't get your obstructive sleep apnea treated, it leads to high blood pressure, diabetes, stroke.

Right
16:25
How would someone like that have n- what I have quote unquote normal sleep if they don't have the regular 9:00 to 5:00 and they're constantly in different time zones? Like, I was in San Francisco last week, so like constantly all over.
16:35
So what happens is, like, that's when you have to prioritize your sleep anymore.
16:40
I mean, even more because when you're falling asleep and when you're waking up, you still wanna make sure you're trying to get that seven to nine hours.
16:47
And so I have a lot of colleagues that will work night shift.
16:51
And you're working a shift that w- works against you because you're trying to sleep during the daytime and your body's already triggered to wanna stay up.
16:59
And so what you normally do is you have to, when you're going to bed you still have to prioritize trying to get that seven to nine hours and making sure that your bedroom is three things.
17:11
It need to be cool, it needs to be quiet, and then it needs to be dark.
