So what is, for all of us who are aware of this, but don't quite know, how is it designed differently from you, from the person who actually puts the portfolio together or the policy together? What do they do differently? Well,
11:01
first, and that's an excellent question, but first I would, first, We have to understand what somebody's goals are.
11:11
Now, that sounds trite and overused, but it's just true.
11:16
If somebody really does want to create a massive amount of wealth over the course of one singular lifetime, then I would venture to argue that it's wise to mirror the capital structure of financial institutions.
11:28
Now, I promise I'll get to your point.
11:30
The reason I say that, though, is because the whole thing is counterintuitive.
11:34
Financial institutions don't play necessarily to win.

Enjoy.

And that that is going to be like the number, continuing to grow my income will have by far the highest outcome on where my wealth ends up.
8:44
I'm not going to fight you on that, man.
8:46
I mean, I'm with you 100%.
8:48
All I'm saying is that I try to defer the responsibility sometimes to wealthy people because what they would say, what they would say is you got to chase, you got to chase and stack your income because every single dollar that you acquire in passive income is a dollar that you don't have to produce with your own labor.
9:07
And at some point you hit the precipice point.
9:09
which is where you, which is where all of your fixed costs are replaced.
9:15
And then every dollar above that, before that, not every dollar was able to go toward acquiring income producing assets.

are
13:23
Uh, you got the online funnel, but what is the t- if I, if I had a open book, what would that table of contents look like that would capture my interest?
13:34
Well, we teach principles first, then tools, then product.
13:40
So in my business, there is a governing belief.
13:43
There is one single governing belief, and the governing belief is if failure is not an option, then one must structure like wealthy people in financial institutions, not like consumers.
13:59
Because wealthy people and institutions structure and engineer certainty into their structure, whereas consumers hope for it.
14:09
So what we do is we engineer certainty into people's capital architecture.
14:16
We engineer certainty so that when pressure shows up, or when great opportunities show up, they can move.
18:35
So, so how do you shape the entrepreneur that's so busy scaling? What is the first lessons that you take them to? Can you sort of take us through that to show them, "No, y- you're looking at it wrong"?
