Yeah, so I'll revert back to with hybrid activities.

I'm a huge fan of anything that's hybrid activities.

So I've loved reading this activity because I think that organizations need to look at that from a global perspective.

And I'll use my own use case.

Before that COVID came into play.

We didn't do a lot of hybrid.

Can you just touch upon, I know we're looking at two very different ends of the spectrum there in terms of sort of things for employers to consider, but how do you see those two things playing out as we venture into the back half of this decade?
