As well as that though, Christopher, as well as early intervention, how else are you able to overcome some of those challenges?

Well, I think a lot is to kind of educate, one, ourselves, but our teams, the questions that we should be asking, what we should be telling our clients as an early stage.

Because, I mean, your client's expectations, I want this, you know, and you're kind of, able to give it if they know what the process entails a lot of other consultants are required now in the processes that we do to get to the stage that we need to building regulations have now you know this they've broken it up into several different portions and each of those will have to be answered at the beginning of the process so I think educating your client on the needs so that it doesn't come as a secondary thought because they'll have to spend the money they'll have to For them to get a compliant building, they'll need to answer all these, I mean, we do it on their behalf, but they'll need to be aware that every part of that process, we need to make sure that the fire is top-notch.
