So how did you get into nonprofit work then?

Well, I was actually into non-profit work before I even started the company because I used to work in, I think you would know, our National Health Service.

And I worked, first of all, I went there as a temp and I think they forgot about me.

And I was there five years later and they were still paying.

So I think they sort of forgot Christine was sitting there.

But I got to start the first community nursing department that we had in our hospital and saw what the nurses have to do when they go out to patients and care for them in the home.

And then I went to work in a hospice.

So I just want to know what, what is, what does that mean to you? And what, and why do you feel like some organizations struggle to make an impact, even though their cause is good, right? Their mission is good.
