What are some of the events your chapters have held this year and have coming up later this year?

Workforce has been a huge topic, of course.

And in Colorado, we just held our Dozer Day event that was at the end of May and added an option for our sponsors to list their open job opportunities at their sponsor booths.

So we basically added a little job fair to it as well.

We thought that if kids were at the event, an adult obviously would have to bring that child.

So while the kids are busy with the activity at the booth, the sponsors have an opportunity to speak with the adults.

You know, that seems to have worked out well.

How can contractors and suppliers become more involved in your chapters?

Where do we need to start in your story in order to understand the person you are today?

And we need to go back in time to a young girl of five or six years old and two, uh, parallel experiences, or I suppose narratives you could say, that really shaped who I am today.

First of all, um, at that age, I was, uh, in my family unit, older sister, younger brother, mother at home, father working.

But I was on my own a lot because my older sister was already off at school.

My younger brother was still an infant.

When you've led in your career, have you been mindful of having biases, and has that helped you understand this as you've done your own work in, in the topic?
