What exactly is a heritage property?

So a heritage property that the city has a heritage register and we have two different kinds of properties on that heritage register.

So we have listed properties which are protected from demolition.

So there's some notification period that they're required to give us if they wanted to demolish any part of the building or anything on the property.

and then there are fully designated properties.

Those properties have a bylaw that designates them, whereas the listed properties just have like a corporate report that was approved.
