For people who might not be familiar with the restaurant, can you give us a little history and how it became so popular here?

Yeah, Pappas goes back to 1972.

Like you said, you know, the founder, Mark Pappas, took over an old school stag bar and steakhouse in Parkville and turned it into his own sports bar.

He eventually became famous for his crab cake recipe.
