Yeah, I guess it was a bit of a journey to get to asking this question, David.

I've worked with a lot of people from all over the world.

Um, so within our team, we have people from Brazil, people from Singapore, um, people from all over the world.

I work with others in doing research in Malawi, um, Finland, UK, other parts of Scandinavia.

And so I've become more and more attuned to the fact that there are variations in culture and, and the way things may or may not work in, in different countries and different settings.

And I've been on an implementation journey now for-Probably 12 years or so with my research career after doing a lot of biomechanics research.

But, you know, as someone who works at a journal like yourself, Christian, but also who's been involved in guideline development, are there things that we should be doing as a journal, um, in terms of requiring transparency around reporting and or what guidelines should potentially mandate with regards, um, trial inclusion for the guidelines that they're actually reporting on?
