There's a point at which what they're trying to do stops and what you do starts.

Yes, that's true.

So essentially it usually starts off with some type of assessment so we can kind of see where they are, you know, in their current journey.

And we typically will map that stuff back to related controls for, let's say, a framework that they might be responsible for, or at the very least, let's say their cyber liability insurance requirements.

After mapping back what those particular weaknesses are and making a determination, we assist them.

If they have an existing IT staff, we'll assist them with recommendations of, here's how you can close this particular weakness.

Or if it's something that can't be closed, well, here's how you can mitigate it to perhaps reduce the severity of that risk.

And so do you run into that? In other words, in addition to things that are missing, they maybe have something they really don't need.

Right.
