So for you, what do you do to lead the entire program and make sure that everybody's, we're always working towards those same objectives and game plan?

Yeah.

Yeah.

So I think starting off, I'm really fortunate here to have two coordinators that are, are, uh, have done an outstanding job, very experienced.

We've had continuity here at Warbird, which obviously, as you know, that's, that's a huge part of having success and consistent success is just, uh, consistent message and so it's been nice for me as a head coach to be able to have two coordinators have been with me since I became the head coach that are on the same page and Matt Cheddar and Matt Wheeler they work so well together you know whatever one side of the ball needs the other side's willing to to work with that and and that so that makes that makes that work and and kind of live in an area where like, Hey man, we're not at each other.

We're not talking in one way or the other, but I do think there has been good for both sides in, in just some slight variations.

So I would say our offense and the way the offense looks at it.

Yeah, Mount Union
