Right.
13:52
He wasn't really sure.
13:53
So he did that, and at a certain point, I was just fascinated.
13:58
He did some research, and he found out that most, and this won't be surprising to anybody, most musicians in Canada are living literally below the poverty line.
14:09
And that really disturbed him, especially since he's the father of a musician.
14:13
And he was racking his brain trying to figure out what to do about it.
14:18
And he invented, and I remember he told me when he came up with this idea, he invented the idea of creating these circuits across the country and creating two-week tours that musicians could go through and actually earn some money, which they desperately needed, and gain some new fans and sell some recording and be looked after and appreciated for a two-week period.

20:17
It's not based on selling ads.
20:20
It is based on being connected to the community and giving people an opportunity to learn and to share their interests, whether it be music or otherwise, and connect with the community.
20:32
So much has come out of CKCU and these other, let's say, 160 community radio stations across the country.
20:40
And it's been very important to me, as we said, for among other things, CKCU started two festivals, but also gave so many people an opportunity, a start in their career, or musicians, just really literally thousands and thousands of musicians have been featured on CKCU that would not have access to being heard and now these days seen because we're getting into video more, but would not have had that opportunity.
23:41
You were the first host to do that, right?
