So we had this issue where there was this easement and the property owner next door was going to have to get involved and there were delivery timelines and there were going to be liquidated damages and all of this BS.

And I called a buddy that had a contact at one of the power companies and he was able to like put me in the right position, have the right conversation at the right time.

And I solved this issue elegantly.

And I have a bunch of friends like that that don't even realize like that, you know, I've kind of like.

If they say yes to that, then there's a relationship already built right there, right off the bat.
