... and so my margins are shrinking temporarily when I'm getting fewer of my own graded cards back.

It's a trade-off I'm willing to make, but as I talked about earlier, like, the last two to six weeks have seen the margin shrink and the audiences sizes a little bit smaller.

I think that goes hand-in-hand with that sourcing, sourcing decision.

As a business owner, as an entrepreneur, like, you always need to make those choices that continue to chart you in the right path, and if you are stuck in your one strategy or you're stuck on the thing that got you here six months ago but you're not paying attention to the market swings, then you're missing an opportunity to continue growing.

And will I still be doing that in three to six months? I don't know, but it's kept me afloat, uh, when inventory's been hard to, hard to acquire, slabbed inventory in particular.

Yeah, that's well said, and I also want to echo just thank you to everyone who reached out.

I love how many people that reached out and were able to relate to some of the things I was sharing.

That was just the goal of this conversation.

Mike reached out to me and was like, hey, let's just share what's going on because I think there are a lot of people who will identify with that.

So I remember in the last pod, Mike, we talked about the past and the present.

And so now I'm kind of thinking about the future.

Maybe inappropriate for children under 13.

Or as soon as you saw the box, were you then like, hey, let me start buying to also resell or just resell the stuff you had? How did it start? That's a great setup

because at first it was, let me go through my old collection.

Then it was, let me see what my old collection is worth.

Then it was, let me try and sell some of this.

And then it was… Oh crap.

There's nothing really worth value here.

Aside from, you know, I think one thing I had some success in is player lots.
