And, you know, we all kind of put our heads together and, and really leaned on the model that Vermont had already created, um, which Chris can speak to best as one of the founders of Vermont's program.

Sure.

Y- yeah, Vermont's Highways and Habitats was born out of the inspiration from the 2001 International Conference on Ecology and Transportation again.

Um, I wanted to learn more about wildlife and transportation, specifically in Vermont.

And in 2002, I developed a training to do that.

And I thought it was gonna be a one-off, um, but there was so much interest across the agency in the topic, um, and th- that we've been doing it ever since.

And, um, 20 years after the fact, in 2022, we were, um, given a Federal Highway Administration Environmental Excellence Award for the, um, training.

Chris, since you're the pioneers with creating this kind of training, over the years, have there been any particular highlighted stories that stand out to you?
