Right

... "This guy is it." And then half of them are it, and the other half aren't.

And it's the same game in the NFL.

But I, I really think it's because of two reasons.

I think every time you jump up a level, it really is a different game.

And the quarterback position is a developmental game, and no one really has much time anymore to develop anybody.

Like, when you go to the NFL from college, the speed of the game is just so much different.

Yeah, yeah.

He says he didn't always wanna be a fisherman.

No.

No, no, no, no.

I was going to college, and, you know, I was gonna do something else.

But when I was in college, I went to junior college in Escanaba, Michigan, at Bay College.

And I would be looking out the window during classes, wondering how the weather was or how the fishing was going.

And, uh, so I kinda came back to it.

Chris says his uncle mentioned it to some people at the Great Lakes Indian Fish and Wildlife Commission, GLIFWC.

Because I think, I think we'd take ya.

I mean, here's the thing about what's going on, and I think most fans understand this.

There's a lot of good, um, information out there, there's a lot of logic, some of the things you're talking about.

The problem is, everything's getting sued right now.

And the, the lawsuits are not over yet, even though the house settlement's coming down and it gives us a little more structure, but who knows how that's gonna last.

What jumped out to you as a veteran coach with him?
