So does your software now tell me the things I should be writing and reorganizing on my website?
8:42
Yes, relevancy.
8:43
If a query is put in, what pages of content are coming to the top and where are people clicking? So you might think that you have this great piece of content on orthopedic surgery, let's just say.
8:54
And you think that should be the number one result when somebody types in, what are the steps in orthopedic surgery or knee surgery? Let's get more specific.
9:02
But what people might be showing you through the analytics is, hey, yeah, you've got that kind of late Mayo Clinic type deep dive on knee surgery.
9:10
But really what they want is who are the doctors that are performing these surgeries in the town near me.
9:16
And so that might be getting a higher click-through rate.

Can you share a story of where you've revolutionized the way someone looked at their business when they were probably just thinking from the very beginning they were just optimizing their search, but a situation where you actually gave them some insight that they didn't have?
20:39
What are some of the key features you like?
20:41
Well, thanks for having us, Ingrid.
20:42
Look, it's an amazing home built in 2021, so only just five years young on a large 1,563-square-metre block.
20:51
The X Factor here, it has amazing views of the coast, Budrum, in the heart of the Sunshine Coast.
20:57
We've still got a large influx of people moving here, about 9,000 people per year, but beautiful engineered oak flooring, high ceilings, gas fireplace.
21:05
It's got all the luxuries you would expect of a modern home, ducted air, a mineral pool.
21:10
and also the potential to possibly cut a block off as well, being so large at 1,563 square metres.
21:20
Look, have you had much interest in the property?
14:44
the business impact of website search quality?
14:47
Yeah, so in e-commerce, business impact is really defined as how many people added something to cart and how many people checked out and the revenue per customer.
14:57
And healthcare is not that simple.
14:59
And so the way I think about search quality is...
15:04
One connection to care, but then another is through operational efficiency.
15:10
And I'll talk a little bit about what I mean there.
15:12
So, you know, health systems invest a lot of money in trying to get you to their website.
20:11
What's one thing they could do next week that you'd recommend with their existing search data that would immediately provide value?
NickHOST
5:13
There's something going on that's not, they're not making any positive changes.
5:16
Yeah, I think if we kind of roll back the clock and look in the last 10 years, there was a big emphasis on consolidation of a web experience.
5:25
A lot of health systems have grown through acquisition and mergers.
5:29
And in order to get to a unified brand experience on a digital platform, it was essentially like taking... a bunch of Lego sets that, you know, like a Star Wars Lego set and a Harry Potter Lego set and trying to make something out of that.
5:44
And so great content was available.
5:47
The ability to find and book appointments was created.
5:50
But what we ended up finding over time was that a lot of health system websites were built essentially how the org chart is structured at the organization.

Where is the sort of core problem in this and how do you solve for it?
