yeah yeah couldn't agree more well i want to go into your your story a little bit chris for our for our listeners um you you mentioned before you should have died 14 times i mean you've got a crazy story uh can you can you just tell me i don't know where to begin with it but can you tell me a little bit about what what you've overcome and you know what that experience was like and how how it sort of got you here

Yeah, sure.

Well, I started life farming.

Great way in life.

I grew up tough.

I milked cows before I went to school in the morning from the age of 15.

Worked incredibly hard.

like the living example of this you've gone through all of these extreme situations as you've said probably shouldn't be alive and you're out doing ultra marathons hitting world records speaking on stages inspiring people i'm sure probably save more lives than you can even imagine because i know myself from doing this work you don't hear from most of the people that you impact so it's yeah we we can we need to get out of our heads
