So why does Chris do what he does? What gets you going in the morning?

Well, when I first started, it was just...

Hey, you know, I enjoy working here.

You know, I enjoy the people.

And then obviously got the opportunity to be promoted to management.

And as a young guy, hey, more money is always great.

And then it was trying to think about.

So what is it that you look for when hiring new staff? I know you mentioned that you recruit older staff, people that you've already witnessed do a really great job, but when you're seeing somebody that is fresh-faced, new resume, you've never met them before, What are those things that you're looking for in an employee that you find makes really great workers?

Um, was there anger on y- uh, on the a- organization and its volunteers' part in regards to what transpired?

Uh, I don't know that there was anger, Jas.

I think, uh, some of our, our members and supporters were, were certainly upset by it.

Um, and we got a lot of very, uh, welcome emails, I think, um, with people's frustration with, with FIFA.

And, uh, you know, to, to their credit, I think, uh, we have a s... as I say, we have a small base of supporters, but they're very generous and very supportive.

And, um, s- several of the people that we refunded the, uh, the, uh, ticket, uh, prices back to, uh, indicated that they were going to donate that amount to us anyway.

So, um, you know, uh, we, we're, we're very thankful for that.
