Are you working with a lot of credit unions? Is this something that credit unions are slowly coming around to? What is it about, and I know I'm asking a lot of questions, but what is it about reverse mortgages that just seem to be a forgotten product for credit unions?
11:46
So that's a great question.
11:48
And all I have to say is if I could really answer that question well, I think we would be living in a different world.
11:54
First, I appreciate your kind words, but you know, this is, we're all trying to solve problems out in the world together.
12:01
And I think one of the things that I particularly appreciate about credit unions, which I find a bit of an irony as you'll figure out a little bit, is credit unions are really mission-driven organizations.
12:13
There are organizations that are driven by the idea, how do we serve their members? How do I serve our members? How do I understand what their needs are? Credit unions can work together.
12:23
They can collaborate.

If you were going – if you were pulled in, let's pretend you are a consultant, right, and you were going – and you were pulled into – a credit union and ask them to advise their portfolio, and you were advising them to review their portfolio, what are some of the key things? I know things, there's like a weird terminology, but if there were some key data points, key things that they had to look out for to determine whether or not they had a substantial number of members that fell into this, hey, we qualify for reverse, what would be those key data points?
