Um, can we go back to that, and can you, uh, give us, give us your update, uh, any update on the proclamation that we saw, I think it was December or January of, of this year?
22:51
Yeah.
22:52
So, you know, the, the, let's, let's maybe, uh, yeah, let's go through that.
22:56
I think that's a good idea, Deirdre.
22:57
So, so the first thing is, uh, and I think this is important to start with, the H-1B is not available for all nurses.
23:02
In fact, it's probably not even available for most nurses, but there is a tier of nurse or a class of nurse, uh, that can take advantage of the H-1B n- normally, and broadly speaking, that nurse has to be offered a position in the United States where that position requires a bachelor's degree.
23:25
And the reality is about 70, 75% of US nurses hold bachelor's degrees, which means that there are a lot of nursing positions in the United States that do not require a bachelor's degree as the entry position.
