Did she come in with this, um, like, puck-handling ability? What, what is it about her daily approach that people probably don't see on the outside?
26:00
She's tremendously dedicated over her time, uh, you know, a- always coming to the rink, doing extra work, a lot of extra goalie sessions with our assistant coach, Casey Hanrahan, uh, watching video.
26:11
Like, like any player that wants to be great, finding ways to get incrementally better every day, every year in some capacity.
26:19
Um, and then during that time, I think maturing, maturing from a, you know, let's say a young freshman to a senior, uh, captain, y- you're taking on more responsibility in that area.
26:30
Just seeing that growth really, I think, and then the culmination of this season for her, it's just you've seen a, you've seen a person grow and get better, and I think if we all look back at how we were at a certain age and then five years later we're different, you'd see a lot of growth there for anybody, let alone Tia.
28:02
Let's, let's talk a little bit about that, I mean, that doesn't happen often, and talk about her leadership a little bit more.
28:08
I think, um, you know, some coaches will say we'll never want a captain, a goalie to be a captain.
28:13
They'll, they'll say that and, and I've had people say that to me, and I think one thing we do, and maybe, maybe programs, other programs do this, we, we have our players vote on captains.
