Now, Chris, why don't you kick us off today by telling us a little bit about yourself and Alder Point Capital?

Sure.

So I started my kind of experience in the forestry sector at a fairly young age.

Came at it from the ecology and conservation biology side of things.

which is what I did in undergrad.

In my 20s, I was living in a really remote part of Northwestern California doing community-based salmon recovery.

We worked a lot with non-industrial timberland owners, timberland owners, big and small, and working to restore one of the state's last wild salmon runs.

So We don't have to talk basis points or what returns you're after, but I'm just wondering what's your value proposition that you bring through your strategy?

But now, so, so holding it's probably not the right move for anybody other than you, right?

You know, the big, the big talk around the club right now is certainly irrigation and this master plan.

So, um, we d- we did, uh, and this is, you know, it's ...

I don't wanna say it's a pipe dream, um, but it's certainly something that we're seriously looking at, uh, in this, uh, Kevin Norby design of the golf course.

And, you know, we'd really like to see, you know, the addition with the irrigation, the addition of, you know, an expanded, uh, tee box array and then, you know, realigning some fairways and, and the big one would definitely be a bunker restoration.

So really bringing the, the course up to modern era and, uh, making it play, I guess.

And why is that? What, what have you, what have you done over the last few years, I think, to really, uh, put some enthusiasm into that tournament?
