Tell us a little bit about your point of view about that topic and the good, the bad, and the ugly that goes along with it, 'cause it's not exactly an easy decision.

No, those are two, two good questions and you're definitely covering the tough topics here, Paul.

So talking about USEF first and our affiliation with USEF, I think, and to me it was clear coming out of convention last November, that was really the number one topic that people wanted to discuss at convention.

And so it's clearly important to our members, and it's something that we as a board have to give some serious thought to.

And there is a USEF ad hoc committee that Lisa formed, I think it was last year.

And so I have been put on that ad hoc committee discussing with people like Jim Hid and Michael Domianos and Nancy Harvey about what the right answer is with USEF.

'Cause I agree it's not clear cut, and there are people who feel passionately about it on both sides.

So I know this is an important topic for you, and I've had many calls from young professionals just saying, "Hey, is this gonna be a good thing for me and my career moving forward?" Tell us about your thoughts on this and how we can support these young folks.
