Did you need to be an accountant to be a member of Church Society's finance committee?
21:04
No, I was first asked to be on the Finance Committee just to ask questions about what we were doing with our funds and our resources.
21:12
And over the time that I've been on the Finance Committee, I've picked up knowledge and skills in how to look at the... how to look at our resources, how to look at a balance sheet and our accounts.

28:51
Someone who knows and loves the Lord, someone who is committed to the Church of England despite all of her flaws and failings, someone who longs to see the church renewed and reformed, and someone who is happy to be part of those conversations to help shape a great organisation as it looks to the future.
29:15
I think we're quite clergy dominant at the moment.
