My topic is wise counsel.

And we know the theme scripture, the hope within, 1 Peter 3.15, You know, what a great theme scripture that we can all take that away with us as we go our separate ways and we go into our everyday lives, that we can grab a hold of that theme scripture, that hopefully it's sunk in by now, and that you can take it with you and action it.

And when we're talking about wise counsel, I was thinking about it being in the sense of wise guidance.

And what are we guiding people towards? We're guiding people towards the truth, towards God, and life everlasting, aren't we? And that's what we're here together for.

Focusing on the things of the Lord.

When we talk about wisdom, when we're talking about wise counsel and wise guidance, what makes it wise? And often we think that wisdom is intelligence.
