What role do you feel agricultural insurers can play in supporting farmers' well-being alongside providing fit-for-purpose financial protection given some of the challenges in the market now?

So I think there's an awareness piece.

As the insurer, we're one step removed, so Alan will be interacting with the farmer on a more frequent basis than we will.

So I think it's important at those touch points as the insurance company, when we're dealing with the farmers themselves, that we have an awareness and that we're alive to the buzzwords, as Nicole said earlier, on our potential triggers and red flags that we come up.

For example, I was speaking to a risk consultant just last week who was on site with a farmer saying, and the farmer revealed that he had literacy issues.

So we had to think of a different way to run through risk improvements with him as part of a standard survey process.

So it's being alive to that.
