[laughs] Spent a few years in the automotive industry and so, um, of course, Todd and I are cousins and, um, so I knew, I knew the business.

Uh, you know, summer vacations, weekends at his house, weekends at our house.

Uh, you know, I've always kind of been around Taylor Electric from that, that side of things.

So, um, Todd and I began just, just talking about, hey, you know, um, his mom, my mom were working in the business with him and, um, he was growing the business.

Things were really taking off, and we had some initial conversations about, hey, you want to come join the, the company and, and, uh, kind of take over the financial arm of the company? And so that rock- rocked along for a bit.

We never really hammered anything out, and then just one day we, uh, finally got ...
