Like, what is that? What journey would you share? Like, how have you gotten to this point being a three time CEO and now kind of having your own firm where you can do this work for others? What's been that journey to this point?

Yeah.

I'm at a really great, super healthy place in my life, both personally and professionally.

And that doesn't mean that it's been easy to get here.

Some of those hardships have just given me some really good clarity.

So I'd say the Chris Heim story, I've always straddled the fence between technology and business.

And I learned early in my life that I understand technology well enough to explain it in business terms.

Like, could you remember a moment on the climb to success where you were like, it looks like it should be great, but it isn't great in here for some reason?
