Chris, from the statewide perspective, what makes registered apprenticeships different from internships or other work-based learning opportunities? And why do employers continue to see such strong value in this model?

Yeah, so we've heard Candice and Denise talk about the different things when we think about work-based learning or experiential learning.

And I think of it as a continuum.

So from career exploration all the way through skill development.

And every part of it's really important as people learn about different career options and things of that nature.

Candice said, and I believe that apprenticeship is in fact the gold standard in work-based learning because of the structure and everything that goes into it.

What I believe really makes it different from an internship is is the level of the employer's involvement, commitment, and investment in the individual.

As you look toward the future, where do you see the greatest opportunities to expand apprenticeships into new industries and serve even more students and even more employers?

Are there any takeaways from the Knicks title that are applicable to the Grizzlies at all or NBA team building?

There's like the on-court basketball stuff and there's like the other stuff, right? From the on-court basketball stuff, I think we are too quick to just say, to act like whatever just happened is what will continue happening and you have to mimic what just happened.

I think one of the things we've learned in this, what is eight straight years of a different title team? Mm-hmm.

Well, we've learned from that.

We've learned a few things.

One of the things is that there's no one path to get there.

I mean, teams have won a title in this era with Jalen Brunson as their best player, with Nikola Jokic as their best player, with Jason Tatum as their best player, with Shea Gillis Alexander as their best player, with Giannis Antetokounmpo as their best player.

And, and so that might be a landing spot, but beyond that, it's still like, is it Kings or bulls or what's going on?
