But Chris, obviously, working with one radio, I presume you've just worked with the one radio station or was there somewhere before BBC Radio Norfolk?

I have.

I mean, the start of my story is very similar to John's.

And I think probably the same with a lot of us here in Football Commentary.

And that is, we start from a similar position of loving football, but not being good enough at playing it.

I was definitely not good enough.

I didn't even get in my school team.

It's good because it concentrates the mind whilst you're prepping, so you don't want to leave... any stone unturned but I don't suppose I could have told you last night who Real Sociedad's best left back is John I would never have got got quite that deep into it I'm afraid Chris with you was there ever a temptation or were you ever tempted by an outside source to switch from Norwich City or has it been always Norwich and Norwich alone in your mind

Chris, what do you think in terms of how we're going to be looking come the Swansea game? What would you do if you were big Phil? Well, let's assume that we're definitely missing Toure, Kenny and Krozeny and the rest we just don't know about.

Yeah, I think it's a good point about Jacob Wright.

I think he's not started a league game yet this season, has he? And he looks absolutely like he's bursting to do so.

I think his greatest contribution this season, two really, a very good cameo at Middlesbrough when he scored and got an assist.

And he looked like probably that was the best 45 minutes from a number 10 this season.

And I wonder whether that might be his position.

But before that, when he was on as a late sub against Birmingham and he held the ball in the corner flag late on whilst various Birmingham defenders tried to kick the ball out from under him.

And did you start to get sort of, did people start to get in touch from, that were fans of other clubs and sort of referencing your commentary? Yeah,
