So before we dive into the whole business model, all the actionable tips people can take away, how did you fall into, like, print-on-demand then?

Long story short, we tested a ton of different products.

We were very product agnostic.

The only thing that was a constant in our business and our approach was we used Shopify, which it doesn't even have to be Shopify.

It's just a site that you own, not a marketplace.

That was our take on it.

And we drove traffic with Facebook ads and email marketing.
