So I know that what it takes to succeed as a professional in service-based industries and in our industry is – well, it takes a class of person, right? I mean you have to want to

serve people.

When I think about my approach – This goes back years, and we're going to take a couple steps back here.

When I was 12 years old, I started caddying at a country club.

I had no background with golf.

I'd never played golf before.

But it was one of the best things that ever happened to me from a career perspective.

Now, again, you think about, you know, we've

got NZ50, you know, we have more funds available for investors than we have companies in the share market now available.

So it tells you something, and that's great.

It gives you a very, of those, I think of the 177, you know, about a third of them, so more than 50, are global equity funds.

And they're global equity funds of a broad range of choice for investors, right? So you can get, you know, low cost, passive, broad access to global markets with one fund.

You can get, you know, a really interesting, more concentrated growth fund manager that, you know, holds like 15 companies.

They hold things like Tesla, you know, some fast growing names, Meta and others.

Is it now a legitimate asset class?
