um i so my first question would be so ultimately this sprang out of a need that you saw in your own business where you uh ultimately hired the developer and built out your website so let like can you dig a little bit more into that like what was the need and then how was that resolved by the website that you built

Yeah, it was kind of an unknown to me that it was even a need.

I didn't realize that.

We had stockpiled so many properties over the five-year period from starting because you buy a property, you sell it on terms, and 25% of the time it comes back to you through a forfeiture, and so then you get it back.

And then your inventory continues to grow, plus you're buying properties at the same time.

And at that point, we had actually brought on some private capital.

So we were able to scale up pretty large with other people's money, which was super helpful.

And then what was life like on the other side of problem addressing?

I'm in

San Diego, so I wasn't really like, you know, I'm not out there meeting with all these folks.

But he's coming and telling me, you know, there's all this cool, exciting tech.

You know, there's not so much tech for land specifically.

And, you know, these guys have kind of said, hey, why don't you, you know, why don't you look at doing a prop tech company in land? Like get pretty niche and do something in land.

And so, you know, finally, we have a couple of conversations about it.

And he's like, hey, I feel like we've just been flipping land for so long and just so myopically focused on land.

So tell me, what problem is it solving?
