He had nine goals last year, but he was also available on September 27th, 28th to anybody and ends up now probably in the Islanders' starting lineup against the Leafs on Wednesday.

Listen, I think Isaiah George will play in the NHL, whether it's for the Islanders or somebody else at some point down the road, you know, when he gets to be.

I'm not saying it's going to take three more years, but when he's 25, 26, he'll probably have a job in the NHL.

And, you know, maybe he'll be a seventh guy.

Maybe he'll be third pair, whatever it might be, he'll play.

I would just say that the biggest lesson to take from what we've seen from Isaiah over the last year or so, including him not making the team, and by all accounts, if we weren't told enough time, seemingly there were 20 people telling us he just didn't earn the spot.

And that's fine.

And when you were working for the Islanders, did you ever imagine that one day that franchise would be worth $3 billion by at least one valuation?
