Does that push you further to want it more to prove to them we are capable, we can do this, you can start in the academy or you can be at that age and see us progress and be well? What does that mean to you having everyone there at a home ground game?
29:26
Yeah it's definitely massive we're really lucky at our club we've got a massive support network from the JDL to the youth even the men's like everyone's a big family and supports each other and it's it's just so good to see like the young girls so excited we've always got JDL girls walking out with us to the games and that sort of thing so we just want to inspire them and also give back to them and give them a show, give them something to cheer about and make it worth their while.

But how would you describe that? the season that you've had from the inside of the club?
35:03
Yeah we've had a big season as you said it started out as good as you could hope and we went through a bit of a patch where we had a few draws and that sort of thing but I think it just made us more hungry.
35:16
The Sapphire Cup also helped I think we were lacking a bit of confidence so it helped lift us again and I think no season's going to be perfect.
35:25
So it was probably good that we went through a few struggles.
35:29
We've been behind a few games and been able to come back and at least get a draw, get some wins.
35:34
So it shows the character of the team.
10:47
What are they thinking?
10:49
I think I would build on Neil's point in two halves.
10:53
And this reflects actually the span of our membership, which is everybody from the earliest entrant to an HR career all the way through to a CPO or CHRO, or indeed a CEO in the case of Neil himself, which is excellent.
11:06
I think we see...
11:07
First of all, we see some clear insight coming through from our own in-house membership survey.
11:12
For example, we see that practical tools were one of the best rated benefits in the membership package.
11:18
And that's from our membership survey work last year.

18:47
From what you're saying, how should HR help organisations make the most of technology while keeping people, performance and good work at its centre?
25:30
Snakes
25:30
... they're...
25:31
Yeah, for sure.
25:32
Uh, you know, we can get into this in a, in a little bit, but I definitely wanna say the, you know...
25:38
I would say the biggest bullies out of the show were the producers.
25:42
It wasn't you, Abby.
25:43
It wasn't, you know, may- you know, maybe there were some moms that maybe weren't, you know, the nicest.

22 MINS LATER

47:31
Thank you, Abby.
